Made the size parameters (median filter radius, morphology SE size) editable. Fixed a bug occuring when using the substring-based image seletion and choosing an unselected image as the first one. Added asserts to image slections in an attepmt to trace a bug (possibly some race condition with opening profile plot windows).

Added contrast enhancement to the empty region detection. Applied "keep only the largest component" to the empty regions of the first image. Fixed a minor bug when selecting a starting image that was not included in the analysis.

Images should now be sorted based on their time, if "t"+number is a part of their name, such as "image t24.tiff"

Fixed errors when image names contained spaces. Changed the default setting to "fiducials across gap"."

Intersection of current image's empty regoins and those from the first image (or the entire rectangle between fiducials in the first image) are now used.
