feat: send request to visualization if getDriver is called
To satisfy project description
Each driver has a name, surname, nationality, and set of characteristics (e.g. driving on the wet, aggressiveness, etc..) that the manager can visualize.
SCHEDULED DOWNTIME: GitLab's virtual host must be rebooted to apply security updates. The reboot will occur on Monday, 2024-05-06, between 03:45 and 4:00 AM.
