x11-misc/droidmote: Add kernel config check 

Remove x11-misc/droidmote-bin-3.0.6
Add    x11-misc/droidmote-bin-3.0.6-r1

Droidmote server requires 'uinput' module loaded, which is easy to
forget. This patch adds a check for 'CONFIG_INPUT_UINPUT' kernel config.
