x11-misc/droidmote: Add 3.0.6

Add    x11-misc/droidmote-3.0.6

The previous version, x11-misc/droidmote-3.0.0 contains the same binary,
which was later identified to be 3.0.6. In addition, Systemd service
file is installed globally and the user is advised to use systemctl's
edit command to set the password.
