Lepton constants are now placed in lepton. They can be
accessed with a function lepton::Constants() so as to
avoid initialization problems.

Now conversion using c++ streams is done first, and others only when
this fails. In this manner, also the lepton conversion (likely more
expensive) is only tried when needed (i.e. it is not tried when parsing
a simple floating point number)

It allows to parse correctly old style (2.0pi) and lepton (2.0*pi)

Notice that almost all files were updated with the astyle commit
