In order to work an additional module should have a XXX.md file and begin with
\page XXX extended-name-of-the-module. Here XXX should be the keyword use also
for all the modules actions, e.g XXX_COLVAR etc.

The means/centers substraction was reversed, inadvertantly introducing
a sign error. This affected adaptive runs with both covariance matrices and
without. Updated regtests and added additional information
in restarts used to debug this (means/std). Will help reproducibility when
restarting too. Accumulation was also too high for certain biases. It
was made to be 0, instead of 1.

tutorials and resources that are module specific should be moved in the subfolder
tutorials/others/

Only detect renames with identity > 75%. This allows a more
precise indication of the year when a file appeared in the repository,
that is used to generate headers.

Now conversion using c++ streams is done first, and others only when
this fails. In this manner, also the lepton conversion (likely more
expensive) is only tried when needed (i.e. it is not tried when parsing
a simple floating point number)
