When using METAD with file-based multiple walkers and many processes
launched with mpirun (e.g. with gromacs -multi) replica suffix is
not added to grid file.

- include the bias applied by PLUMED in the LAMMPS total energy
- allows for multiple walkers using MPI

It gives an error instead of using the default values.

LOAD FILE=xx.cpp was not working correctly if xx.cpp needs to access
to libraries

this required a few fixes:
- use export COLUMNS instead of stty
- install flex +universal

The latter is needed for some misterious reason. I think
it is a bug in the libmatheval port file

I changed the settings so as to use 10.11 on osx on non-macports builds.

Macports builds fail for some unknown reasons so I leave the with 10.9
