fix(ERD): make some fields of TempWorker and Employee nullable

All fields of TempWorker and Employee (except for id, name, surname, email and active) must be nullable because first, admin initializes a person's account in the system (filling in the person's name, surname, email and password) and only then the person can add additional information to his/her account.
