fix: Complete DPDP ETL setup with correct Dockerfiles and warehouse stubs 

- Fix extract, load, transform Dockerfiles with correct build context
- Create warehouse module stub with entity classes for load component
- Update .gitlab-ci.yml to use parent dpdp context for all builds
- All three components build and import successfully
