Refactored store/data, added graph animations

added FontAwesome, added commit types icons and CreateNote button

Created `CreateCommitModal.vue` and `BaseModal.vue` components + added functionality to add commit title and msg to newly created commit.

Added checkout branch functionality (by dblclickling the branch title) + added logic for disabling buttons

I am sure you're loving the 500 line long component.

Added funcionality to close branches, added close-commit type. Added computed properties isOnLastCommit and isActiveBranchClosed for presentation purposes

WIP commit will display only if the active commit is the last one in the active branch

Fixed switching commit interaction + shifted properties related to interaction over commits to object attribute 'interaction' of the commit object

Created component for the ProgressTreeDiagram (just the presentation, interaction to be added), originally as part of ProgressTreeDiagram

Added previousCommit attribute to commit object. Updated isCommitInActiveBranch method to return only commits up to the active one.

Also  updated commit array data.

OverviewGraph includes hardcoded data for DataSourceBubble and hardcoded div size

Restructure store: move data module to subfolder and split type definitions and functions to separate files. Refactor duplicate functionality of insertLinkWithMultilinkUpdate

Main.js: load '.dataset.js' files automatically from datasets folder. Rename dataset files for this.
Add datasets/generator.js for generating simple data to test robustness.
DatasetEditorModal: allow choosing predefined datasets, allow generating of datasets.
NetworkGraph: better animations for aggregations, make the main svg absolutely positioned to prevent some scrolling.
Toolbar, store/data: add simulation of batch aggregations.
Workspace: reoder components, so graph is behind.
GraphNode, GraphLink: make cursor a pointer, add opacity prop.
NodePopover: hide attribute table for now.
Shared/Node: fix svg width.
Create helpers.js for shared functionality.
