Update dependencies and enhance audio codec support 

- Updated Vite version from 5.1.6 to 6.3.5 in package.json.
- Added support for additional PCM audio codecs (WAV formats) in AudioTypes.ts.
- Modified OneAudioParam component to directly use audio codec information from audioParam.
- Enhanced SideBar component to dynamically generate audio file extensions based on AUDIO_ENCODERS.
