Edit: Code now works with throwing exceptions (had to edit @test code, so...

I probably understood something incorrectly, because i could find a different way, than to somehow adjust the @test segment. The compiler didnt let me just to throw the exceptions so i had to adjust some things. Not the greatest of solutions, but i look forward to learn, what did i do wrong.
