Add sonic

Doesn't work yet because I can't set up GPIO properly.
When adding the GPIO peripheral, it generates bad code that doesn't compile.

Currenly lacking is the GPIO initialization. Then set up interrupt for SONIC_ECHO and rename the callback in
source/drivers/sonic.c and it should work.
