- Report an error when using all weights set to zero in reference PDB files. Same as \issue{247} fixed in 2.4, but now the check is done in more cases.
- Fixed overflow in reweighting factor when using non well-tempered metadynamics (thanks to Michele Invernizzi, see \issue{599}).
