Small fixes to VIM syntax

- Made plumed dictionaries local to buffer
- Improved syntax annotation
  Now it also annotates spaces. Moreover, output is formatted.
  (requires a rt to be reset)
- Fixed nested parenthesis
- Made all regions foldable (include {})
