Simplemd in 1 or 2 dimensions

Just use "ndim 2" or "ndim 1" in the input file.
Notice that xyz files will still have all the components, but some of these
(z for ndim=2; yz for ndim=1) will be kept constrained by setting to
zero the force at every step. Still, these components will be
used in force calculation.
