- Quicktime should support mono nativelly as well as SDL so we are
  now completly able to use mono audio source on sender

- to be able to test A/V sync
- TODO: figure out performance - 30p is feasible only on quite good CPU
  - consider removing rbg2yuv for every frame (but the picture will have
    to be more static then)

* fixed JACK receiving

* eg. fail when FastDXT isn't compiled but compression is required

* TODO: do the same for SDL - but there must be figured out parameters'
  parsing, which is now rather complex

* do not try to find appropriate format in case that the required
  format was entered manually

* force 32 binaries build under Mac
* drop GLEW requirement (TODO: check if we really do not need it,
  except for OGL < 2.0, which is slightly outdated)
