B #44: Skip NIC cleanup for RedHat/Debian-like (fix) (#71)

Give full control over the NIC to the user when NIC=[METHOD=skip] is
set. 

NOTE: If you decide to switch back METHOD to something other than skip (like METHOD=auto or METHOD=dhcp) then please reboot the VM.

NOTE II: IPv6 configuration will be also skipped
