M #-: Refactor IP/VIP/EP interpolation (#42) 

- Use the same IP/VIP/EP code/idea for HAProxy/LVS/DNS
- Do NOT parse ETHx_ALIASy variables (unsupported in VR)
- Stop pretending IP6 is supported (TODO)
