Extend and Fix bibtex data

Changes the README's bibtex such that

1. The title is properly capitalized in the LaTeX output
2. Reformats bibtex data to be columnar and hence easier to read for a human being.
3. Adds multiple "missing" fields. Otherwise, anyone who cites needs to dig up this information independently. There is no need for this extra work.
