Tex migrating

Jakub Bartolomej Košuth requested to merge tex_migrating into master

All issues should be resolved.

  1. I've added common .cls which is used by all TeX files.
  2. All rooms are migrated to TeX/PDF except A107. This room seems to be cancelled.
  3. Makefile with own Readme is included.
