Add KAFE subtype registries 

- Allows subprojects to extend the type system through ISubtypeRegistry.
- Changes the way common KAFE services are registered, moving IMod configuration to DI service registration time.
- Replaces ModAttribute with a static virtual property in IMod.
- Removes the Kafe.Diagnostics namespace which got created by accident.
