1. fixed a bug with retrieving and saving timestamp

2. invalid fetching from buckets now doesnt cause a crash
3. server URL is now hardcoded, unlikely to change
4. data serialization now does not cause crash when values are missing, sensible defaults introduced
5. bucket querying refactored
