dev: refactor email sending behavior 

### Additions

* added field `exerciseId: ID!` to `SendEmailInput` input type
* added field `exerciseId: ID!` to `SendEmailType` type

### Deletions

* removed field `operationDone: Boolean!` from `SendEmailMutation` mutation

Closes #406
