change: remove manual injects

### Changes

* remove field `auto` on `DefinitionInjectType`
* rename `autoInjects` to `injects`

### Deletions

* remove `InjectSelectionType`
* remove `teamInjectSelections` query
* remove `injectSelection` subscription
* remove `selectTeamInjectOption` mutation
