Updates of collision tutorials to work with latest changes to phx module

  • Tutorials updated to work with the latest version of phx module, updated commentaries
  • Libraries and data submodule removed and now the application should get properly initialized using bootstrap.py (this is open to discussion, maybe 'git clone --recurse-submodules' would be preferred ?)
  • Tutorials were not updated beyond what was necessary, can still contain bugs from previous version
