Audio: Audio effects
Last from the series of "cut out" MRs for audio module.
This request features all of the effects we discussed implementing:
- Delay
- Filter
- 2D Panning
- Reverb
- Volume change
It also features a pitch effect, that is however built into the mixer itself for reasons discussed at consultation.
