Renamed `\thesis@requireStyle` to `\thesis@requireWithOptions` and moved

the style loader from the `\thesis@load` routine to a new
`\thesis@requireStyle` macro to make the semantics of
`\thesis@requireLocale` and `\thesis@requireStyle` more similar.
