## Bread
Mix 500 g bread flour, 7 g instant yeast, 10 g salt, and about 320 ml warm water in a bowl until a rough dough forms, then knead for about 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1–1.5 hours, or until doubled in size. Shape it into a loaf, place it on a baking tray or in a loaf tin, cover lightly, and let it rise again for about 30–45 minutes. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 220 °C. Score the top of the loaf with a sharp knife, bake for 30–35 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the loaf sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom, then let it cool on a rack before slicing.
