Create proper "About box"

Create a "proper" About-box, as this is the MOST IMPORTANT thing of any windows (GUI) application! :-)

• Menu item: Help -> About
• it should contain:
  • App name, who developed it, and the License information
  • Version information
  • Nice icon / image :-)
