Create a stolen car service that contains:

  • LicencePlateEntity with timestamp, licensePlate, location.
  • Create a resource for checking if license plate is stolen (call from licence plate distributor)
  • Create a resource for CRUD to stolen licence plate database.
  • Create the database for stolen licence plate
  • Mock send email notification to the police with location
