Loosely interpreted, should still result in flatbreads, though. Makes 5 flatbreads, or 10 mini flatbreads, or 20 super mini flatbreads. ## Ingredients 105g all-purpose flour (aka. hladká mouka) 90g whole-wheat flour (aka. celozrnná mouka/špaldová mouka) 160ml hot water, or as needed 1 tsp salt 1 tsp spices/herbs of your choice (optional) ## Instructions 1. In a medium bowl, combine both flours, the hot water, salt, and spices/herbs (if using) into a sticky dough. 2. Sprinkle a clean surface with flour and knead the dough for a few minutes until it becomes soft, elastic, and less sticky. 3. Cover with a bowl and let rest for 15 minutes. 4a. Don't forget you let the dough rest. 4b. If you do forget while getting distracted by something shiny, and then come back to it after an hour, it is okay. Probably. It will be fine. 5. Divide the dough into n (5/10/20) equal pieces, and roll each piece into a ball. 6. Roll each ball into a flat-ish circle-ish shape, around 2mm thick. Set aside. 7. Heat a dry skillet over medium-high heat. 8. Place a couple of flatbreads in the skillet, and cook until air bubbles and dark brown spots appear on the surface, about 90 seconds for each side. 9. Remove from the skillet and keep warm (by any means necessary) while you cook the remaining flatbreads. 10. Serve warm, and enjoy (optional). Loading
