Project warnings are telling the user everything is successful when it is not

Reproduction steps:
- Go to https://kafe.fi.muni.cz/auth/lemmafimuni/ and create a new project for Filmový festival FI MU #25 (closed)
- Fill in "Abc" as name and confirm
(more steps might be required here, not sure) - Edit the project
- Check the "State" of the project
Expected result: Warning messages telling me that I have not filled description, uploaded files, etc
Actual result:
"Basic information is sufficiently filled in" (with information about the requirements below)
"Files are uploaded and have passed the automated check" (with information about the requirements below)
"Project has been reviewed by a technician"
"The project has been reviewed by the graphic designer"
"Project has been accepted"
The user has to deduce based on the red colour (not even colorblind-friendly) / nonexisting checkmark that all the messages are not true and they're just names!
This is a huge problem that can make users think their projects are successfully submitted and accepted even though the warnings are supposed to tell them the exact opposite! (it's probably the main reason for so many incomplete registrations last year)
