Arabic page numbers in front matter break `\thesis@blocks@bibEntry`

According to users' reports, we are no longer using arabic numbers for the front matter of SCI (and possibly elsewhere). This breaks \thesis@blocks@bibEntry, because it now shows the number of pages as last page of front matter + total number of pages rather than last page of front matter + last page of main matter.

@xvrabcov, are arabic page numbers in front matter the new default? If it is, then I should change \thesis@blocks@bibEntry so that it only displays the total number of pages.
