Update to MUNI match Study and Examination Regulations resulting in a change of the grading (scale)

Based on the update in Masaryk University Study and Examination Regulations, Section 26, the grades will be “passed with excellent results”, “passed” or “failed”. This should be reflected in the template.

Change the template accordingly.
Update the template in Overleaf.
