"Shift + scroll mouse wheel" changes the width of the "knife" cut, but this is not immediately indicated if already drawing a cut

When "knife" is selected and "shift + scroll mouse wheel" is used to change the width of the cut while a cut is already being made, the visual indication of the cut is still drawn with the original width. When the mouse button is released, the cut is, however, performed with the newly-selected width.

(Ideally, the width of the cut-indicating line would change immediately.)
