Display the photo name and tags somewhere in the Set scale window

Currently, when working in the Set scale window, the user has no direct indication of which photo is displayed (except the state of the First/Previous/Next/Last buttons). Ideally, the photo name and its tags should be visible.

Combined with #177 (closed), this can cause some confusion (because the window can open showing a different photo than the one whose "Set scale" was clicked).
